While the resort boasts a stunning location across from Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village and well-maintained grounds, my experience with the room left much to be desired. The staff was largely wonderful, but I encountered a particularly indifferent front desk clerk, which somewhat tainted the stay. If you do decide to visit, I highly recommend specifically requesting a renovated unit to enhance your experience.

My stay at this resort was quite mixed. The location is perfect for exploring Sedona, right next to shops and nature trails. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, which definitely added some positives to my experience. However, I was disappointed with hidden fees and the lack of proper housekeeping services.
