Reviews and Ratings <br />
While the resort boasts a stunning location across from Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village and well-maintained grounds, my experience with the room left much to be desired. The staff was largely wonderful, but I encountered a particularly indifferent front desk clerk, which somewhat tainted the stay. If you do decide to visit, I highly recommend specifically requesting a renovated unit to enhance your experience.
Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The grounds and property are beautiful, and the room was spacious, but it definitely needs some updates. We encountered several issues with amenities and service, which detracted from our overall experience, especially given the price we paid. Still, the beautiful surroundings and daily activities made it somewhat enjoyable.
My stay at this resort was quite mixed. The location is perfect for exploring Sedona, right next to shops and nature trails. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, which definitely added some positives to my experience. However, I was disappointed with hidden fees and the lack of proper housekeeping services. The room could use some serious upgrades as it felt outdated and wasn’t as clean as I had expected for the price I paid.
The hotel is a remarkable place to stay, especially for families and couples. My room was spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, which saved us a lot on meals. The property offers numerous activities and has a beautiful setting. However, we did encounter some issues with our specific room allocation and the lack of attentive service during check-in. Overall, it provides great value for the amenities offered.
I recently stayed at Los Abrigados and found it to be a charming spot with a beautiful older feel, though it's clearly in need of some upgrades and upkeep. While the Celebrity House where I stayed was spacious and had wonderful amenities, I couldn't ignore the dated aspects and the overall need for improvements around the resort. The location was fantastic for relaxation and access to local attractions, making it a nice getaway despite some shortcomings.
